After entering the business as a recording artist, producer and songwriter (collaborating with his mentor, Grammy nominee Eddie Gypsy Stokes), Chicago native Lashawn Williams discovered his true passion was film. He relocated to Los Angeles and has been working steadily as an actor, writer, and producer ever since.
In addition to co-writing, co-producing and starring in the feature drama Prescience alongside veteran stars Eric Roberts and Linda Gray, landing a lead role on the feature drama Slamma Jamma. He also has a starring role in the zombie feature comedy What Doesn't Kill Us.
