Brothers Howie and Hansen were turned in by their owners as they were no longer able to care for them. These brothers are a bonded pair and rely heavily on each other, so they must be adopted together. Howie and Hansen were overly loved and allowed to eat as much as they want requiring them to be on a serious diet now. They will require an owner who is willing to help them manage their weight by getting them to exercise and feeding them limited amounts of their prescription weight reducing food. They do not enjoy being held, and we think this is mostly out of discomfort due to being so over weight. They do however enjoy being pet. These boys are sweet but shy so they would do best in a low key home (no kids or dogs) with patient owners willing to let them adjust and come out of their shells.
